Coronavirus (Covid-19) : comment se préparer à la maison ?
Le bilan des cas avérés de coronavirus ne cesse d’augmenter. L’inquiétude grandit et l’on a tendance à se ruer dans les pharmacies pour s’équiper de masques respiratoires et de solutions hydro alcooliques, ce qui conduit à des pénuries.
Que faire?
Bien évidemment protégez-vous et protégez les autres en restant chez vous, tout en étant informé des éléments essentiels et en prenant les précautions adaptées. Suivez les conseils de l’organisme de santé publique du lieu où vous vivez. Mais
avec les besoins quotidiens nous sommes parfois obligés de sortir et d’être en contact avec d’autres personnes. Dans ce cas de figure, et selon la gravité du virus, il existe une seul méthode qui fonctionne pour ne pas succomber au corona virus. Il s’agit de booster son système immunitaire.
De quoi s’agit-il réellement?
De manière général, c’est notre système immunitaire qui nous protège des virus. C’est pourquoi les personnes les plus touchées sont les personnes qui avaient déjà un système immunitaire fragiles : personnes âgées, les malades, les fumeurs, les alcooliques etc… Donc il faut absolument renforcer son système immunitaire afin que notre corps puisse se défendre naturellement contre le corona virus et ce sans aucun médicament.
Comment booster son système immunitaire?
Il y a plusieurs façons possibles mais en gros il y a trois piliers principaux.
Le premier pilier est le sommeil.
En effet en dormant notre organisme a le temps de récupérer des agressions (pollution,) et à tendance à être plus fort. De manière général 7 à 8 h suffisent mais il faut dormir plus, entre 9 et 10h par nuit pour agir bénéfiquement sur le système immunitaire. En plus de la quantité il faut améliorer la qualité de votre sommeil. Donc il faut s’habituer à dormir plus tôt, méditer… Cela vous permettra d’être plus en forme et plus productif.
Le Second pilier l’alimentation.
En effet ce que l’on consomme peut soit vous aidez à booster vos défenses ou au contraire les affaiblir. Il faut éviter de consommer trop gras, trop sucrés, trop salés. Eviter la cigarette, l’alcool, et même le café. Il faut consommer des produits qui ne sont pas composés de calories vides, des produits bios, plus de légumes et de fruits. Boire beaucoup d’eau. Et surtout faire une cure avec de la vitamine C et du zinc.
Le troisième pilier est le sport
Il est fortement recommandé de faire du sport car cela aide à éliminer les toxines, et a un effet positif sur le bien-être physique et mental. Même en étant chez soi, vous pouvez faire des pompes, des abdos, du gainage. Dans tous les cas si vous avez transpiré c’est que vous avez fait une bonne séance. Prendre une douche froide par la suite.
Appliquez tous cela vous permettra de mener une vie scène et d’être parer pour vivre sans peur.
